Our Sales force adhere to an Ofcom approved Sales and Marketing Code of conduct and all of our staff are fully conversant with legislation and what is required from them within their own departments.
Our Customer Services and order fulfilment department pride themselves on delivering professional pro active services to our customers, whether that be from accompanying sales personnel on an initial site meetings to cabling and equipment Installations and staff training. Our workshops are fully equipped with the technology for remote fault diagnostics and programming for many of the systems we supply.
